Using this site

This website provides general information about buying and selling houses in Arkansas. Using it does not create any agreement between you and WinCore Homes, and it does not oblige either of us to enter into a transaction.

We are a buyer, not your agent

WinCore Homes buys property for its own account. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not represent you in a transaction, and we do not charge a commission. Our interests as a buyer are not the same as yours as a seller, and you are entitled to your own representation.
