Paul Thompson runs WinCore Homes from the office on Shepard Drive in west Little Rock. He has spent his time in real estate on the ownership side rather than the sales side, buying and holding property through EverVest, LLC, the company that stands behind WinCore Homes. When he makes you an offer it is his own money and his own decision. There is no committee and nobody to check with.
He also spent years teaching other investors how to underwrite a deal, which is why this site shows you the arithmetic instead of hiding it. Most of what goes wrong in a fast house sale goes wrong because the seller was never shown how the number was reached. Paul would rather walk you through the repair estimate and the comparable sales and have you turn him down than buy a house from someone who did not understand what they were agreeing to.

What We Do
Two things.
We buy houses from owners across Arkansas. Usually the house needs work, or the owner needs a date, or both. We pay cash, take it as it stands, and close through a title company or closing attorney.
Then we repair them and sell them, sometimes to a family, sometimes to a landlord. We sell them ourselves rather than through a listing agent.

WinCore Homes buys for its own account. We are not agents, we do not represent you, and we do not charge a commission.
The offer does not move
The number quoted after seeing the house is the number at closing. Renegotiating late, once a seller has committed, is a tactic we do not use.
We will talk you out of it
If listing would clearly pay you more and you are not under time pressure, we will say so. A bad fit is not worth a deal.
Third party closing
A title company or closing attorney handles the money and the documents. That is a neutral party, not us.
What We Are Not
We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not list houses for other people. We are not a lender. We are not a national franchise or a lead generation company passing your details to whoever pays the most for them.
If you want your house marketed to the open market for the highest possible price, you want an agent, and that is a perfectly good choice. This is a different service for a different situation.
